Costume Shopping.

So..our youth is having a Bible character dress up for halloween this Saturday. At first, I wanted to go as King David, the boy who slayed Goliath because he's just very mighty. He's strong, courageous, smart, and above all, he loves God. I have the whole King David Outfit thought up of in my head but then after re-deciding about it, I won't be King David.  Intstead I am going to go as Deborah...the prophetess. The story of Deborah is found in the Judges Chapters 4-5. After 20 years of oppression, God told Deborah that it was time to deliver the people once again. She appointed Barak to lead the army, but he was afraid to go without Deborah. She had deep faith in God.  She united the people of Israel and lead them to victory against the Canaanites. Amazing right?  In a way, she was just like King David, except she was a woman.
Amazing how God works. He uses the most unexpected person, someone whom we would never had expected, to bring Glory to His name. Jesus Christ, Son of God, is also another living example to that :)

Tornado Watch

So.oO..We are currently under a tornado watch until tomorrow. I was kind of hoping that this tornado watch was going to cancel my class tonight, but unfortunately it didn't. Oh wellies, at least we're all still safe and sound. Thank you Lord. 
Yor introduce a song to me and we're going to be performing it at Praise Night on November 20th..I think. We shall see. Hehe.

Heaven's Postman

I've wanted to watch this movie for quite  while now but never found a link to it that had the whole movie. BUT now that I did on youtube [HEHE] I was surely not disappointed.  From Mysoju, A messenger that has the ability to travel between the present and the afterworld. Shin Jae Joon was involved in an accident that put him in a coma. Now, his spirit has the ability to travel back and forth to the afterworld and the real world. He meets Jo Ha Na as she is trying to send her boyfriend a letter. Ha Na, however, is the only person who can see Jae Joon.

I recommend this movie if you're up for a nice sappy happy romance movie.

Thunder like Rain

This morning was scary. Around 8am this morning, there was a loud booming thunder that shook the earth as the rain fell down. I thought there was an earthquake rising up because of it.
It was frightening because I felt every core of my bone go numb. I felt that God was trying to convey a message to me, to us, with that thunder. I was so afraid at the moment that I just started confessing and repenting over and over. I felt like if I didn't confess my sins and ask for forgiveness from our Lord then I just will not be able to rest...

Your thunder was heard in the whirlwind, your lightning lit up the world; the earth trembled and quaked. Psalm 77:18

Praise His Name

Blessed be Your Name on High Lord Jesus. I want to know more about You and love you more each day.  You give me strength and renew my spirit. I sing praises to You and give thanks to You for Your mercy and grace. Praise God. Halellujah!

Lord, your message through Aldo and Retha has inspired me to want to know more about you and experience Your love and Your Power on a whole new level. I am reading Retha's letters and its such an inspiration to me and my soul. Lord, May you continue to bless her and Aldo. Praises and Glory to Your name with the work that they are doing for You. May I be fill with the Holy Spirit also Lord. I want to be fill with the Holy Spirit and praise Your name through the Spirit and walk in the Spirit. Lord lead me.

Lord, please also be with Yor as he is also learning more about you. May Your Spirit rest upon him and guide him in Your righteous ways. Thank You Jesus.
