Learning to Love thy Enemy.

Just something that has been in my heart recently....How can someone learn to love an enemy? This past week somethings happened that just opened my eyes to see how truly hateful and MEAN some people really are. I thought people at work were evil but MAN, these people are even more eviler. The people you see every weekend, the people you say hi to, play with, laugh with, worship God with.....thats what made them so much more eviler; its because as a body of church we love them and they us but with conflicts arising and people hating, its turned a lot of us (christians in general)  into children not of God, but of Satan.
What we need is the Holy Spirit to come and live in us so that we can love others such as these. God's love is the only love and if we cannot love the way God love, then in an instance the devil can and will take that opportunity to turn our humanly love into hate...

Matthew 5:43-48
⁴³ “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor^[a] and hate your enemy.’ ⁴⁴ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, ⁴⁵ that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. ⁴⁶ If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? ⁴⁷ And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? ⁴⁸ Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
